We have high-quality equipment, including several cardio & strength training machines, free weights, heavy bags, and a Zumba court. We also offer free, fun, and engaging group exercise classes ranging from Yoga to Zumba to Kickboxing and more. We also offer services such as Dr. Jaison’s ABB Diet program, personal training, nutrition coaching, life coaching, as well as other free services.
